CCPur: Local news reporter Mr. Hauchin (42) of CCPur’s Vengnuam was hit by a SUV motor vehicle Scorpio – bearing registration no. MN03P 1022 on the 11th of Jan 2019 near Accelerate building along Tiddim Road, CCPur.
Mr. Hauchin is currently associated with a local Paite daily news Manipur Express and is currently working as a reporter for the said journal.
Sources told, Mr. Hauchin was then rushed to CCPur district Hospital by the Scorpio driver and his accomplice and left him after he was dropped at the hospital.
Reports suggest that the owner of this Scorpio is T. Jangsei of Tuibong village and was driven by his son Letgoumang accompanied by two of his friends who went to play a computer games at Jion Street, Central Lamka. While Letgoumang was playing games two of his friends were reportedly driving his vehicle and met this incident reportedly.
Hauchin’s RX Yamaha bike and Letgoumang’s driven Scorpio is currently in CCPur police custody. While Mr. Hauchin was left with minor injuries.
