In the last 24 hours, Churachandpur district reported 2 new Covid-19 infections, taking the tally to 860. In the meantime, 686 Covid patients have recovered from the dreaded virus.
One out of the two new infections is a returnee from other state, while the other is from the local population without any travel history.
The cumulative active Coronavirus case in the district is 171 with a recovery rate of 79.76 per cent.
Manipur state altogether reported 270 new Covid infections in the last 24 hours, total case surges to 9280, with active case 2333. The recovery rate in the state is 74.21 per cent.
